The Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture (APIA) – Key Activities Underway

The Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture (APIA) informs the general public of the main activities currently underway:

• Submission of Payment Applications under the 2025 Campaign is open until May 30.
• Issuance of Certificates for beneficiaries of various measures and interventions under the 2025 Campaign, specifically for:
• Basic Income Support for Sustainability (BISS),
• Complementary Redistributive Income Support for Sustainability (CRISS),
• Measure 10 – Agri-environment and Climate,
• Measure 11 – Organic Farming,
• DR-01 – Agri-environment and Climate on Permanent Grassland,
• DR-02 – Agri-environment and Climate on Arable Land,
• DR-04 – Organic Farming – Conversion,
• DR-05 – Organic Farming – Maintenance of Certification,
• DR-09 – Areas Facing Natural Constraints – Mountain Area (ANC_ZM),
• DR-10 – Areas Facing Significant Natural Constraints,
• DR-11 – Areas Facing Specific Natural Constraints.
• Submission of Funding Applications under the State Aid Scheme "Forest-Environment and Climate" is open until June 30.
• Submission of Payment Applications under the State Aid Scheme "Support for First Afforestation and Creation of Woodland Areas" is open until July 15.
• Submission of Payment Applications for interventions in the beekeeping sector is open until July 31.
• Validation of Lifetime Rent Books by rentiers is open until August 31, in order to receive payments representing 2024 agricultural lifetime rent.
• Processing of Payments for Transitional National Aid (ANT) in both crop and livestock sectors – for Campaign 2024.
• Final Payments for the remaining approximately 1% of eligible farmers under Campaign 2024.
