
A working meeting dedicated to the public debate of the draft amendment to Order No. 104/2021 of the President of ANSVSA took place yesterday, November 18, 2025, at the headquarters of the National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority. The document is currently undergoing the decision-transparency procedure on the institution’s website.
The discussions were attended by representatives of ANSVSA, the Institute of Hygiene and Public Health, the Association of Laboratories for Quality of Life, as well as specialists from veterinary and food safety laboratories in the private sector.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Ioan Oleleu, Vice President – Undersecretary of State within ANSVSA, and focused primarily on analyzing the proposals submitted by the Association of Laboratories for Quality of Life.
The discussions addressed the technical and legal aspects associated with the activity of veterinary and food safety laboratories, reflecting the growing interest of all institutions and operators involved. Participants formulated observations and suggestions that will be reviewed by the initiator, with a view to integrating them where legal and operational conditions allow.
