The Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture (APIA), through the County Centers, informs that it is making the payment related to the state aid for diesel fuel used in agriculture for the quantities of fuel used during the period 01.01. - 31.03.2023 (Q1/2023).

The payment is made in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision no. 1174/2014 and Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Order no. 1727/2015, with subsequent amendments and supplements.

The value of the state aid granted as a reimbursement to be paid is 89,515,233.00 lei for a total of 10,729 beneficiaries with quantities of fuel determined with reduced excise duty of 58,540,501.001 liters.

The quantities of diesel fuel for Q1/2023, which are eligible for state aid, are approved by the Minister's Order no. 216/06.06.2023.
