Baroncini, a longstanding collaborator of the Meat.Milk project, is once again a partner of the Meat.Milk 2023 conference, which will take place on May 29th and 30th at Hotel Alpin in Poiana Brasov. Baroncini will present its activities and products during the Movie section.
Baroncini's history began in northern Italy in 1947 when two friends named Baroncini Edmondo and Utignani Giuseppe established the BARONCINI company.
The tradition has been passed down from father to son, with the company's policy focused on providing customers with a complete service, from the design of installations, equipment, and slaughter systems to construction, implementation, and personnel training. Essentially, Baroncini offers a complete range of slaughter equipment, starting from basic cutting lines to fully automated slaughterhouses with technologically advanced processes that comply with the highest quality standards and the most stringent sanitary veterinary regulations.
Over the past 70 years of experience, BARONCINI has designed, built, and implemented hundreds of slaughterhouses in Italy and other countries. The year 2003 marked a milestone in BARONCINI's history with the establishment of Baroncini Est based in Bucharest, aiming to provide technical assistance, commercial support, and service for all the supplied equipment, mostly of Italian origin and production.
Today, BARONCINI designs, supplies, installs, and provides technical assistance for cutting sections and slaughter equipment for pigs, cattle, and sheep, both in traditional and vertical cutting systems. They offer a complete range of hooks, slaughter saws, stunning equipment, and modular slaughterhouses.
All installations are tailored to meet customer requirements and comply with sanitary-veterinary and traceability regulations. The process starts from a simple cutting table and extends to a complete section with shuttle transport systems, automatic washing, bone and fat transportation, and automatic feeding of packaging machines, regardless of the brand.
To offer additional services to customers, Baroncini has added a range of equipment and accessories, including wall and door protections, biological purification stations, hygiene equipment, lockers, sinks, drains, and work equipment.
For agricultural or agro-touristic enterprises (where fewer than 10,000 animals are slaughtered per year) requiring a slaughter capacity of a few units daily or weekly for poultry, rabbits, sheep, or pigs raised within the facility, Baroncini recommends modular container-type slaughterhouses. These slaughterhouses are directly used in fixed points set up within the enterprises.
