As previously announced, the XIIIth edition of the International Meat.Milk Expo-Conference will take place on May 27th and 28th at the Alpin Hotel in Poiana Brasov, organized by infoGROUP Agency and the Meat.Milk and infoGROUP magazines. This year's edition will be held under the theme "Balancing Technology, Costs, and Prices - A Chance for Romania's Meat and Dairy Sectors."

As always, the event will bring together the elite of investors in both sectors, farmers, processors, specialists, technology providers, government representatives, as well as professional associations.

For this edition, the organizers have prepared debates of particular interest, focusing on the most pressing topics of the moment.

Thus, on the afternoon of the first day of the conference, between 13:50 and 14:35, the debate on Dairy Farmers/Processors will take place under the title "The Impact of Legislative and Fiscal Decline on the Romanian Dairy and Dairy Industry." During the allotted time, Adrian PINTEA - Secretary of State MADR, Dorin COJOCARU - President APRIL, Iasmina BLIDAR - Executive Director Bovicoop, Pentru BORDEAN - President FCBR, will analyze the situation of the milk and dairy market nearly two years after the promulgation of the milk law, but will also discuss the fate of the Milk Observatory.

In the same afternoon of May 27th, between 14:40 and 15:25, under the title "How Can a Meat and Meat Products Law Help a Sector on the Brink of Collapse?" Aurel SIMION - Secretary of State MADR, Sorin MINEA - President Romalimenta, Dana Tănase - Executive Director ARC, Ioan LADOȘI - President APCPR, will analyze the situation of meat production and meat products from the perspective of the legal regulations currently pending adoption in the Chamber of Deputies.
