In December 2023 compared to the previous month, the quantity of cow's milk collected by processing units increased by 7.2%. The largest increase in production was recorded in butter (+33.5%), while the largest decrease was recorded in cultured milk products (yogurt, drinking yogurt, buttermilk, and similar dairy products) (-10.5%).

The quantity of raw milk imported by processing units decreased in December 2023 compared to the previous month by 1.3%.

Compared to the corresponding month of the previous year, in December 2023, the quantity of cow's milk collected by processing units increased by 7.8%.

The largest increase in production was recorded in butter (+26.8%). The production of cultured milk products (yogurt, drinking yogurt, buttermilk, and similar dairy products) had the largest decrease (-1.2%).

The quantity of raw milk imported by processing units increased in December 2023 by 7.8% compared to the corresponding month of the previous year.
