The Omnia Technologies group of companies will be represented at the 12th edition of the Meat.Milk international expo-conference by the Comagrimpex B&B company, a traditional participant in one of the most important profile events in Romania.
Omnia Technologies
Omnia Technologies is a leading partner in providing integrated solutions for the wine and beverage sector, inspired by the values of technology, sustainability and service. In accordance with the Latin root of its name, Omnia Technologies expresses the multilateral nature of the Group, a technological leader in various business sectors.
With a team of more than 1,000 people, with 14 production facilities and 8 sales offices worldwide, the Group enjoys a unique experience and a consolidated network of customers, for which it offers integrated and turnkey solutions from the earliest stages of the production process to final packaging.
The two souls of the Group, led by Della Toffola for the process phase and Bertolaso for bottling and packaging, are supported by a team of Made in Italy specialists: Permeare in high-end filtration, Gimar and Favotto for winemaking, Sirio Aliberti in fermentation, Frilli for distillation plants, Progema Engineering and Priamo for technologies for the dairy industry, Ave Technologies and Mar.Co for bottling, Comas for liquid filling machines in the pharmaceutical sector, Z-Italia and OMB for labelling, Ape Impianti for packaging.
Strategy and vision
The growth trajectory that led Omnia Technologies to its current structure began in 2020, when the private equity fund Invest industrial gained control of the Della Toffola Group and began to create a leading technology and automation group to support the wine industry and drinks, with people and sustainability at the heart of the project.
Since then, the Group has developed both internally, thanks to its skills and a consolidated client network, and externally, with a series of acquisitions designed to complement the Group's offer.
The vision of Omnia Technologies, in the words of CEO Andrea Stolfa, is "to be a technological leader, inspired by the great Italian tradition and our innovative vocation for sustainability, with the aim of always being at the service of our customers, our people and our communities ".
From the first stages of processing to bottling and packaging, the Group's mission is to provide automated solutions tailored to each customer and to minimize consumption, waste and use of resources. "The reward that accompanies our logo - "Enabling Evolution" - expresses the desire to accompany the companies we work with on a path of continuous improvement. In a scenario of strong international competition and in a constantly changing ecosystem, evolution is not only a competitive advantage, but a real necessity", emphasizes Andrea Stolfa.
Product development and sustainability
Omnia Technologies aims to maximize the application of Artificial Intelligence and the possibilities offered by new technologies with a high level of customization and adherence to the specific needs of each industry and client. This specific focus is not only on individual products, but also on the possibility of offering an integrated package of solutions: the complete winery, but also the complete distillery, the complete brewery.
Another key factor considered in each new product is sustainability, which also underlies the design of each solution to achieve two main results: efficiency and reduced environmental impact.
The ESG vision of Omnia Technologies is also expressed in respect for the peoples and territories where the groups operate, with the aim of providing growth opportunities and strengthening the position of Italian manufacturing leadership in the world.
A focus on the dairy industry
The group, born with the specialization in technologies for the wine and beverage sector, has expanded its range of activities in other sectors over time; among these, the dairy industry plays an important role in the group's strategy and development, given its strong potential and synergy with the Group's innovative platform.
The first step taken in this direction was the integration of Priamo Food Technologies - a systems manufacturer for the milk and cheese processing sectors - which became part of the Della Toffola Group in 2012.
