Lidl continues its strategic development in Romania and opens a new store on Thursday, February 19, in the municipality of Rădăuți, Suceava County, strengthening its local presence and its role as a trusted partner for everyday shopping. In an economic context where pressure on household budgets is increasing, Lidl remains consistent in its promise to offer high-quality products at affordable prices and solutions that support the efficient management of expenses.

The new store in Rădăuți, Suceava County, is located on Calea Bucovinei Street, No. 64C, has a sales area of over 1,400 sqm and offers customers 119 parking spaces. The operating schedule is Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 22:00, and Sunday between 08:00 and 20:00.

With the inauguration of the Rădăuți store, 25 new jobs have been created.

The new Lidl stores comply with energy efficiency and sustainability standards, being equipped with technologies that reduce resource consumption and environmental impact. These include LED lighting systems with presence sensors and heat recovery systems integrated into the climate control installations. In this way, Lidl reaffirms its commitment to protecting the environment for future generations and contributing to a better life.
