The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, through the Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture, has made new payments for the 2023 application year totaling 97,132,838.72 lei (19,531,855.58 euros), as follows:

• 94,727,154.83 lei (19,046,376.76 euros) from FEGA;
• 581,582.80 lei (116,936.32 euros) from BN;
• 1,473,502.17 lei (297,707.28 euros) from FEADR;
• 292,784.22 lei (59,154.30 euros) from BN1;
• 57,814.70 lei (11,680.92 euros) from EURI.

The interventions related to the plant and animal sectors paid in this tranche are as follows:

1. Decoupled direct payments:PD-01 - Basic income support for sustainability (BISS);PD-02 - Complementary redistributive income support for sustainability (CRISS);PD-03 - Complementary income support for young farmers (CIS-YF);PD-04 - Environmentally beneficial practices applicable to arable land;PD-05 - Environmentally friendly agriculture on small farms and traditional holdings;PD-06 - Grassing of inter-rows in orchards, vineyards, nurseries, and hedges.

Please note that for the 2023 Campaign, payments for interventions funded by FEGA and BN are made in lei at the exchange rate of 4.9735 lei/euro, while those from FEADR, BN1, and EURI are made in lei at the exchange rate of 4.9495 lei/euro.
