The University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine (USAMV) Cluj-Napoca, through the Faculty of Agriculture, organized the 16th edition of the Traditional Product Festival, supported by fourth-year students from Environmental Engineering, as part of the Control and Certification of Products course, coordinated by Associate Professor Dr. Avram Fițiu.
The students presented traditional product recipes from their respective counties, including the recipe specifications, which were evaluated by professors, along with experts in gastronomy and folk traditions.
