The Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture (APIA) is making payments for the state aid for the use of diesel fuel in agriculture for the period April 1st - July 31st, 2023 (second quarter of 2023), in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision No. 1174/2014 and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Order No. 1727/2015, with subsequent amendments and additions.

The value of the state aid granted in the form of a refund is 172,005,306 lei, and it is awarded to a total of 16,836 beneficiaries for the quantity of 112,488,321.754 liters of diesel fuel determined.

The quantities of diesel fuel for the second quarter of 2023 eligible for state aid are approved by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Order No. 359/06.09.2023 and are presented in the table below:
