Five Continents Company from Botoșani, an expert in milk processing and 100% dairy production from milk sourced from Romanian farmers, will exhibit again this year as a Silver Partner in the Expo section of the Meat.Milk. international conference, which will take place on May 27th and 28th at Hotel Alpin in Poiana Brasov.

The Five Continents Group is a wholly Romanian-owned company focused on dairy product manufacturing.

Following the idea of the shareholders' group to develop a modern factory in the Botoșani Municipality area with the latest equipment and benefiting from state-of-the-art technology, in 2005, the activity of a new dairy products factory began on the former industrial platform in Răchiți. A factory built from scratch, following an investment of 1.4 million euros.

Initially, with an area of approximately 1,500 square meters, the factory's processing capacity was designed for 50,000 liters of milk per day.

In 2008, a new significant investment was made to expand the production space, targeting milk production in PET, cheese curds, and thermoforming packaging.

Following the third stage of technological investment of approximately 5 million euros in 2017, production capacity doubled, simultaneously with a major diversification of the product portfolio.

Right from the start of operations, 100% milk has been used as raw material. To ensure the raw material, a milk collection network was organized at the level of Botoșani County, later expanded to neighboring counties, aiming at milk production from farms as well as production from individual households.

With this aspect, the factory is proud to this day, as it continues to pay very close attention to the direct collection process, which significantly determines the high quality of our products.

The aspects that define the products of the Five Continents Group are the taste, defined by the properties of the raw milk, and the intrinsic quality of the products, guaranteed by the certifications of the Quality Management Systems applicable within the company (FSSC 22,000, IFS, AMFORI BSCI).
