The Lactalis Group has announced its presence at the 12th edition of the Meat.Milk international expo-conference which will take place on May 29 and 30, 2023 at the Alpin Hotel in Poiana Brașov.

The Lactalis Group has its headquarters in France, having been established since 1933. The company is owned by the Besnier family, one of the richest in Hexagon.

Globally, according to Rabobank's Global Dairy Top 20, in 2022 Lactalis placed first for the second time in a row, with a total turnover of 26.6 billion lorries and ahead of groups such as Nestle, Danone, Dairy Farm America , Meiji and Fonterra.

In Romania, Lactalis owns the companies Albalact, Covalact, La Dorna, Parmalat and Lactalis Logistics in its portfolio.
