In April 2024, FOB exports amounted to 8,290.1 million euros, and CIF imports amounted to 10,962.4 million euros, resulting in a deficit of 2,672.3 million euros.

Compared to April 2023, exports in April 2024 increased by 14.8%, while imports increased by 17.8%.

During the period from January 1 to April 30, 2024, FOB exports amounted to 31,288.2 million euros, and CIF imports amounted to 40,609.1 million euros.

In the period from January 1 to April 30, 2024, exports increased by 0.8%, and imports increased by 1.7%, compared to the period from January 1 to April 30, 2023.

The trade balance deficit (FOB/CIF) in the period from January 1 to April 30, 2024, was 9,320.9 million euros, 440.1 million euros (+5.0%) higher than that recorded in the period from January 1 to April 30, 2023.

In the period from January 1 to April 30, 2024, significant shares in the structure of exports and imports were held by the groups of products: machinery and transport equipment (47.2% for exports and 36.1% for imports) and other manufactured goods (29.4% for exports and 28.4% for imports).
