The production of drinking milk had the highest increase (+14.9%). The quantity of raw milk imported by processing units in August 2023 increased by 63.6% compared to the previous month.

Compared to the corresponding month of the previous year, in August 2023, the quantity of cow's milk collected by processing units increased by 3.5%. The highest production increase was in drinking milk (+14.7%).

Cheese production had the largest decrease (-3.1%). The quantity of raw milk imported by processing units in August 2023 increased by 11.6% compared to the corresponding month of the previous year.
