In March 2024 compared to the previous month, the quantity of cow's milk collected by processing units increased by 12.3%.

The largest increase in production occurred in butter (+14.0%). The production of fermented milk (yogurt, drinking yogurt, buttermilk, and other similar dairy products) recorded the largest decrease (-2.1%).

The quantity of raw milk imported by processing units increased by 2.9% in March 2024 compared to the previous month.

Compared to the corresponding month of the previous year, in March 2024, the quantity of cow's milk collected by processing units increased by 2.4%.

The largest increase in production occurred in butter (+18.8%). The quantity of raw milk imported by processing units increased by 32.2% in March 2024 compared to the corresponding month of the previous year.
