Prestigious name in the dairy market in Romania, a model of efficiency and quality, Hochland will not be absent from the International Expo-Conference Meat.Milk 2023, which will hold its 12th edition in Poiana Brasov on May 29th and 30th.

As Hochland Romania celebrates 25 years of activity, the company asserts with strong arguments that "The Joy of Taste Together/ Makes Every Meal Better."

Indeed, Hochland is celebrating 25 years since opening its operations in Romania, when it acquired its first factory in Sighișoara, where the production of processed cheese began. On this occasion, from April to June, the company launched a nationwide communication campaign to encourage people to have meals together with their loved ones.

Through the specially created slogan for the 25th-anniversary celebration, "The Joy of Taste Together," we highlight the secret ingredient that transforms a simple meal into a special moment: Togetherness.

To convey the message to as many Romanians as possible, the anniversary communication is present on all media channels and in stores, employing two main strategies: brand communication and promotional communication.

The campaign messages are adapted and transmitted through various means, including TV and radio commercials, billboards, digital content, special projects, as well as promotions, visibility materials, and promotional packages in stores.

Regarding the promotional campaign, we aim to offer all consumers the chance to win a grand prize worth 25,000 euros or one of the 225 prizes intended to make meals with loved ones more enjoyable.

In the spirit of this campaign, Hochland invites you to enjoy meals together with your loved ones on any occasion.

The steps that have brought us here:

1998: Hochland Romania is born through the acquisition of the factory in Sighișoara, where we start producing processed cheese.

1999: We acquire the Sovata Factory and start producing traditional varieties of cheese, such as Dalia or Brădet.

2008: We bring a new product to cheese lovers: Hochland Telemea, a favorite of tomatoes.

2016: We launch a new variety for consumers: Praid Cheese - a cheese matured in the Praid salt mine with a complex taste and a full-bodied aroma.

2018: We redefine our communication with a new brand philosophy that emphasizes our values and the quality of products in our portfolio.

2019: We reinvent Praid Cheese by integrating it into the Atelier range, which is enriched with a new variety: Atelier Creamy Cheese. Additionally, we launch the Cheese Beads range, which has become a true success among consumers.

2020: Even in the context of the pandemic, we continue our mission with the Margareta of Romania Royal Foundation, which we undertook a year ago, to provide support to vulnerable seniors through the "Generations" project.

2022: We introduce a new product for consumers: Cow Cheese, incredibly creamy and available in both a 200g version for a quick snack and a 475g version for delicious recipes. In the same year, we expand the Sovata factory and prepare for the future.
