Given the launch of the DR 30 intervention - Support for the Installation of Young Farmers, within the 2023-2027 Strategic Plan, in October 2023, according to the schedule presented at the Monitoring Committee Meeting, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, through the General Directorate for Rural Development, as the Managing Authority for the 2023-2027 Strategic Plan, makes the following clarifications:

Young farmers who intend to apply for financial support through the DR 30 intervention and have submitted a single payment application to the Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture (APIA) as individuals must change their status in the form of economic activity organization they intend to use for applying for installation support.

Thus, the transfer of the farm to the new entity with which they seek support under this intervention will be carried out in accordance with the intervention requirements.

According to current legal regulations, the new entity can be: a sole proprietorship (PFA), an individual enterprise (II), a family enterprise (IF), or any other legal form of organizing economic activity, as detailed in the consultative form of the applicant's guide available on the MADR and AFIR websites.

It is mandatory for the transfer of the farm to the new form of organization to take place before the submission of the funding application within DR 30. Only in this way can the eligibility condition regarding the requirement for the applicant to be registered in the APIA/ANSVSA (as applicable) system prior to the submission of the funding application with the form of economic activity specified in its data sheet be fulfilled.

Therefore, young farmers applying for financial support through DR 30 have the opportunity to request the transfer of their economic activity to the new form of organization to meet the requirements mentioned in the applicant's guide as soon as possible.
