In the period 1.I-28.II.2023, the turnover in the wholesale trade (with the exception of trade in motor vehicles and motorcycles) increased, in nominal terms, compared to the period 1.I-28.II.2022, both as a series gross, as well as as a series adjusted according to the number of working days and seasonality by 9.0%, respectively by 14.0%.

The turnover in the wholesale trade (excluding the trade in motor vehicles and motorcycles), gross series, in February 2023, compared to the previous month, increased, in nominal terms, as a whole, by 8.7%, due to the increase in the figure of wholesale trade of raw agricultural products and live animals (+26.8%), specialized wholesale of other products (+14.3%), non-specialized wholesale (+11.9%), trade with wholesale of other machinery, equipment and supplies (+11.2%), wholesale of food, beverages and tobacco (+4.6%), wholesale brokerage activities (+2.4%) , wholesale trade of IT and telecommunications equipment (+2.0%) and wholesale trade of consumer goods, other than food (+0.1%).

The turnover in the wholesale trade (except for trade in motor vehicles and motorcycles), series adjusted according to the number of working days and seasonality, in February 2023, compared to the previous month, decreased, in nominal terms, as a whole, by 0.8%.

The turnover in wholesale trade (excluding trade in motor vehicles and motorcycles), gross series, in February 2023, compared to February 2022, increased, in nominal terms, as a whole, by 7.3%, due to the increase in the figure of business from: wholesale of IT and telecommunications equipment (+32.4%), wholesale brokerage activities (+30.9%), wholesale of other machinery, equipment and supplies (+14, 5%), wholesale trade of food products, beverages and tobacco (+11.0%), wholesale trade of raw agricultural products and live animals (+7.9%), wholesale trade of 3/4 consumer goods, other than food (+6.9%) and non-specialized wholesale (+6.4%).

Specialized wholesale trade of other products decreased by 4.7%. The turnover in the wholesale trade (excluding trade in motor vehicles and motorcycles), series adjusted according to the number of working days and seasonality, in February 2023, compared to February 2022, increased, in nominal terms, as a whole , with 12.1%.

The turnover in the wholesale trade (except trade in motor vehicles and motorcycles), gross series, in the period 1.I-28.II.2023, compared to the period 1.I-28.II.2022, registered an increase, in nominal terms, overall, by 9.0%, due to the increase in intermediation activities in wholesale trade (+36.5%), wholesale trade of IT and telecommunications equipment (+28.1%), wholesale trade of other machinery, equipment and supplies (+19.1%), wholesale trade of food products, beverages and tobacco (+11.3%), wholesale trade of consumer goods other than food (+10 .6%), non-specialized wholesale trade (+6.2%), specialized wholesale trade of other products (+0.6%) and wholesale trade of raw agricultural products and live animals (+0.5%) .
