Kaufland Romania launches the campaign "The Future Begins Now," an initiative that supports the modernization and technological advancement of schools in Romania. The project is structured as a competition, in which schools across the country can win prizes totaling 7.5 million lei in exchange for collected points.
The campaign started with the possibility for educational institutions to enroll in the project. After registering on the website www.viitorulincepeacum.ro, schools can accumulate the necessary points for winning prizes based on shopping receipts from Kaufland stores.
From October 4th to November 28th, 2023, every receipt of at least 50 lei represents one point, which customers can direct to the schools they support. Additionally, for each item purchased, marked with the campaign symbol on the shelf, the receipt will accumulate bonus points.
Customers send their receipts to the schools, which will record them on the platform provided by Kaufland. In this way, institutions collect points, which they can later exchange for teaching materials and equipment, such as computers, monitors, furniture, laboratory sets, or sports articles.
"At Kaufland, we believe that society needs education to perform in the long term. We want to contribute to the development of education in Romania and provide schools in rural and urban areas with opportunities to improve their equipment and teaching resources.
The 'The Future Begins Now' campaign is an ambitious project that will bring significant benefits to students and teachers in Romania," said Valer Hancaș, Director of Communication and Corporate Affairs at Kaufland Romania.
Schools from all over the country are invited to register on www.viitorulincepeacum.ro, where additional project details are available.
Through the "The Future Begins Now" campaign, Kaufland Romania reaffirms its commitment to invest in education and actively contribute to the formation of future generations in a modernized and technologically adapted environment.
